Feeding / Loading

Since the establishment of the company, Forplan has been active in the development and manufacturing of feeding and loading systems. Forplan focuses primarily on metallic bulk goods like screws, bolts, nuts, rivets, stampings, washers and other cold formed parts. We are able to offer different feeding systems like

• Magnetic feeding systems
• Lifting-tilting devices
• Vibratory feeders
• Belt-driven hoppers

Magnetic feeding systems are particularly suitable for the space-saving feeding of up to 20 production lines like roll forming machines, thread-rolling machines or pointing machines simultaneously. Each machine is fed with parts fully automatic according to its production capacity. The parts are taken out of the container batch by batch with a magnetic system. All parts are demagnetised immediately after the transport.

Lifting-tilting devices of Forplan are characterized by their very solid design and can be adapted to the particular container sizes and the particular range of parts. Drop heights are reduced to a minimum.

Electromagnetic or electromechanic vibratory feeders are available in different sizes. Automatic scraper systems as well as tilting units can be integrated if needed, to eliminate the risk of part mixing as far as possible.

Belt-driven hoppers are perfect for supplying oil-free bulk goods. The very gentle way of feeding is mainly used for filling baskets.
