Magnetic mass finishing systems offer interesting opportunities in the field of internal deburring as well as when processing delicate parts. In addition, tiny parts can be finely deburred with minimal material removal and edge rounding over very short processing times.
A fast rotating magnetic field is driving magnetic stainless-steel pins, thus deburring the parts protective manner. The unique motion of those pins allows for deburring in small internal spaces as well as cross sections. Process marks are hidden instantly.
The resulting homogenous surface aspect reached by Ergomag Technology can replace sandblasting or brushing entirely.
This technology can be applied with all non-magnetic or slightly magnetic materials.
