Heat treatment lines for aluminum

Fully automatic heat treatment lines with continuous ovens or batch ovens for the heat treatment of aluminum parts made by Forplan.

Depending on the particular range of parts and the particular heat treatment procees (e.g. T5, T6 or T79, the lines are designed accordingly (e.g. only artificial ageing or solution annealing - quenching with air or water - artificial ageing).

We attach special importance to a maximum of temperature uniformity, complete batch tracking and traceability as well as absolute process reliability!

All our lines comply with the applicable standards and guidelines as well as process standardds liek e.g. CQI-9 HTSA (a self-assessment concerning the heat treatment, which has to be done at least once a year).
